Bulk SMS Campaigns and Bulk Texting

Send personalized text messages to hundreds or thousands of contacts at once using JustCall's Bulk SMS feature. Import contacts, compose your message, and track delivery — all from one dashboard.

Create a Bulk SMS Campaign

1. Go to SMS/MMS → Bulk SMS → Create Campaign.
2. Name your campaign.
3. Import contacts — choose from:
   • CSV upload — map phone number and personalization columns.
   • Google Sheets — connect directly to a spreadsheet.
   • CRM import — pull contacts from HubSpot, Salesforce, or other connected CRMs.
   • Contact list — select an existing JustCall contact list.
4. Compose your message. Use dynamic variables like {{first_name}} for personalization.
5. Select sending number. Must be SMS-capable and 10DLC registered for US recipients.
6. Review the preview (shows estimated segments and cost).
7. Click Send Now or Schedule for a future date/time.

Track Campaign Performance

After sending:

• Go to Bulk SMS → Campaigns → click your campaign.
• View: Total sent, delivered, failed, delivery rate, opt-outs, and replies.
• Export results as CSV for reporting.

Compliance Requirements

• All recipients must have opted in to receive messages from your business.
• Include opt-out instructions (e.g., "Reply STOP to opt out").
• 10DLC registration is required for US recipients.
• Campaign content must match your registered 10DLC use case.
• Respect quiet hours (before 8 AM / after 9 PM in the recipient's time zone per TCPA).
