Delete Messages in Bulk

Clean up your SMS inbox by deleting multiple conversations at once instead of removing them one at a time.

How to Bulk Delete Messages

1. Go to SMS/MMS in the left sidebar.
2. Select the checkbox next to each conversation you want to delete. To select all visible conversations, use the Select All checkbox at the top.
3. Click the Delete button in the action bar.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Deleted messages are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Things to Know

• Bulk deletion removes the conversation from your JustCall inbox but does not unsend messages already delivered to the recipient.
• Deleted conversations no longer appear in search results or analytics.
• If CRM logging is enabled, previously logged messages remain in your CRM — JustCall does not delete CRM records.
• Admin permissions may be required for bulk deletion depending on your account settings.
