View Unread Messages

Quickly find conversations that need your attention by filtering for unread messages.

How to Filter Unread Messages

1. Go to SMS/MMS in the left sidebar.
2. Locate the filter dropdown at the top of the conversations list.
3. Select Unread only.

The inbox now shows only conversations with unread incoming messages. Select All to return to the full view.
