Bulk MMS Campaign Setup

Send media-rich bulk campaigns with images, videos, or documents attached to your messages.

Create a Bulk MMS Campaign

1. Go to SMS/MMS → Bulk SMS → Create Campaign.
2. Name your campaign.
3. Import contacts (CSV, Google Sheets, CRM, or contact list).
4. Compose your message text.
5. Click the attachment icon to add media:
   • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, 3GP, PDF, VCF.
   • Maximum file size: 5 MB.
6. Select a sending number (must be MMS-capable — US or Canadian number).
7. Review the preview (shows MMS pricing per message).
8. Click Send Now or Schedule.

Tips

• Optimize image size. Compress images below 500 KB for faster delivery.
• Test on multiple devices. MMS rendering varies by carrier and phone model.
• Include alt text. Add descriptive text alongside media in case the image doesn't render.
