Auto-Add Signature to SMS
When auto-add signature is enabled, JustCall appends your configured SMS signature to every outbound message automatically. Agents don't need to remember to add it.
Enable Auto-Add Signature
- Go to Settings → SMS/MMS.
- Find SMS Signature and enter your signature text (if not already set).
- Toggle Auto-add signature on.
- Click Save.
All outbound SMS from your account now include the signature.
Things to Know
- The signature is appended after your message text with a line break.
- Signature characters count toward your total message length and affect segment count.
- Agents can see the signature in the compose preview before sending.
- To disable for specific conversations, agents can toggle the signature off in the compose area (if per-message control is enabled).
