Auto-Add Signature to SMS

When auto-add signature is enabled, JustCall appends your configured SMS signature to every outbound message automatically. Agents don't need to remember to add it.


Enable Auto-Add Signature

  1. Go to SettingsSMS/MMS.
  2. Find SMS Signature and enter your signature text (if not already set).
  3. Toggle Auto-add signature on.
  4. Click Save.

All outbound SMS from your account now include the signature.


Things to Know

  • The signature is appended after your message text with a line break.
  • Signature characters count toward your total message length and affect segment count.
  • Agents can see the signature in the compose preview before sending.
  • To disable for specific conversations, agents can toggle the signature off in the compose area (if per-message control is enabled).
