Bulk SMS Rate Lookup

Check messaging rates before sending bulk campaigns to understand costs and budget accurately.

How to Check Rates

1. Go to Settings → Billing → Rate Card.
2. Select SMS or MMS.
3. Filter by destination country.
4. View per-segment (SMS) or per-message (MMS) rates for each number type.

Rates vary by:

• Destination country — US rates differ from UK, Australia, etc.
• Number type — local, toll-free, and short code numbers have different rate tiers.
• Direction — outbound and inbound rates are separate.
• Plan tier — higher plans may include lower per-message rates.

Estimating Campaign Cost

When creating a bulk SMS campaign, the preview step shows:

• Estimated total segments.
• Estimated total cost.
• Per-recipient segment count (based on message length and encoding).

Use this estimate to adjust message length before sending.
