Send SMS from Google Sheets

JustCall integrates with Google Sheets so you can send SMS campaigns directly from your spreadsheet — no CSV export required.

How It Works

  1. Prepare your Google Sheet with columns for phone numbers and any personalization fields (name, company, etc.).
  2. Connect the sheet to JustCall via the Bulk SMS campaign builder.
  3. Map your spreadsheet columns to JustCall fields.
  4. Compose your message using dynamic variables from your column headers.
  5. Send or schedule the campaign.

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Go to SMS/MMSBulk SMSCreate Campaign.
  2. Select Google Sheets as the contact source.
  3. Authorize JustCall to access your Google account (first time only).
  4. Select the spreadsheet and worksheet tab containing your contacts.
  5. Map the Phone Number column (required) and any optional columns (name, custom fields).
  6. Compose your message. Insert dynamic variables using {{column_name}} syntax.
  7. Select the sending number (must be SMS-capable and 10DLC registered for US recipients).
  8. Review the preview, then click Send or Schedule.

Requirements

  • Phone numbers must include country codes (e.g., +1 for US).
  • The Google Sheet must be accessible from your Google account.
  • 10DLC registration is required for US recipients.
  • Bulk SMS add-on or Pro plan may be required depending on volume.
