Toll-free numbers used for SMS must be registered and verified. Here's what you need to provide.

Estimated Monthly Volume

Rejected: "Your appointment is today at 10:00 AM" (missing brand name and opt-out language).
Use Case Summary
Explain how messaging is used on this number:
Approved: "This number sends promotional offers and order confirmations to customers of John's Coffee Shop."
Rejected: "Marketing" (too vague).
Submitting Multiple Numbers
If registering more than 5 toll-free numbers, you must explain why multiple numbers are needed (e.g., separate numbers per agent, per location, or per department).
