Associate Numbers with a 10DLC Campaign

After registering your brand and campaign, you need to associate your JustCall phone numbers with the campaign. Only associated numbers can send messages under that campaign's use case.

How to Associate Numbers

1. Go to Settings → 10DLC → Campaigns.
2. Select the campaign you want to add numbers to.
3. Click Associate Numbers or Add Numbers.
4. Select the JustCall numbers you want to link to this campaign.
5. Click Save.

Numbers are typically associated within minutes. Once linked, messages from those numbers benefit from your campaign's trust score and throughput tier.

Things to Know

• A number can only be associated with one campaign at a time.
• To change a number's campaign, dissociate it from the current campaign first, then associate with the new one.
• Associating a number does not change the number itself — it registers the number's messaging purpose with carriers.
• All messages sent from the number must match the associated campaign's registered use case.
