How to collect:

- Your terms of service mention SMS notifications.
Express Written Consent (Marketing Messages)
Required for: promotions, offers, sales messages.
How to collect:
- Customer checks a box specifically agreeing to receive marketing texts.
- The checkbox must be separate from other consent (not bundled with terms of service).
- The consent language must mention SMS/text messages explicitly.
