Delete a 10DLC Campaign
You can delete a 10DLC campaign when you no longer need it — whether it's been approved, failed, or suspended. Deleting stops the monthly campaign fee from your next billing cycle.
Where: Compliance Center in your JustCall dashboard
How to Delete a Campaign
- Go to Settings → Compliance Center.
- Find the campaign you want to delete.
- Click the Delete option on the campaign.
- Confirm the deletion.
What Happens After Deletion
- Billing stops from the next billing cycle. You won't be charged the monthly campaign fee going forward.
- Associated numbers become restricted. Any phone numbers linked to the deleted campaign can no longer send SMS to US recipients until they're associated with a different approved campaign.
- Deletion is permanent. You cannot undo a campaign deletion. If you need the same campaign later, you'll need to register and pay for a new one.
When to Delete
- You're consolidating campaigns and moving numbers to a different campaign.
- The campaign was rejected and you're starting fresh with corrected information.
- You no longer send the type of messages that campaign covered.
