SMS Settings: Auto-Archive and Do Not Message

Control how JustCall handles inactive conversations and opt-out contacts through the auto-archive and DNM settings.


Auto-Archive

Auto-archive moves conversations to the archive folder after a specified period of inactivity, keeping your active inbox focused on current conversations.

Configure Auto-Archive

  1. Go to SettingsSMS/MMSAuto-archive.
  2. Set the inactivity period (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, 30 days).
  3. Toggle Auto-archive on.
  4. Click Save.

Conversations with no new messages after the set period move to the Archive tab. Archived conversations reopen automatically when a new message arrives.


Do Not Message (DNM) Settings

Configure how contacts are added to the DNM list when they opt out.

Auto-DNM on STOP

When a contact replies with STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT):

  1. JustCall blocks further outbound messages to that number.
  2. If Auto-add to DNM is enabled, the contact is added to your Do Not Message list.

Configure Auto-DNM

  1. Go to SettingsSMS/MMSDo Not Message.
  2. Toggle Auto-add opted-out contacts to DNM list.
  3. Click Save.
