10DLC Trust Scores in the US
Trust scores are assigned by The Campaign Registry (TCR) and used by US carriers to determine your messaging throughput and filtering thresholds.
How Scoring Works
TCR evaluates your brand registration and assigns a score from 1–100, mapped to tiers:
| Score Range | Tier | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 1–24 | Low | Limited throughput, higher filtering |
| 25–74 | Medium | Moderate throughput |
| 75–100 | High | Maximum throughput, minimal filtering |
Carrier-Specific Behavior
AT&T
- Uses TCR trust scores directly.
- Low trust: 0.2 MPS.
- Medium trust: 4 MPS.
- High trust: 12+ MPS.
- Applies per-campaign daily caps on lower tiers.
T-Mobile
- More permissive throughput at each tier.
- Low trust: 0.5 MPS, 2K daily cap.
- Medium trust: 10 MPS, 10K daily cap.
- High trust: 50+ MPS, 200K+ daily cap.
- Content filtering runs independently of trust scores.
Verizon
- Generally follows TCR trust scores.
- Less transparent about specific throughput tiers.
- Applies proprietary content filtering.
