Maximize Your 10DLC Trust Score
A higher trust score means more messaging throughput and less carrier filtering. Here's how to improve your score.
Before Registering
1. Use a Valid EIN (Not DUNS)
Your EIN must match IRS records exactly. DUNS numbers are rejected. If you're international, use your country's equivalent tax ID.
2. Match Your Legal Name Exactly
Include suffixes like Inc., LLC, Corp. exactly as they appear on your tax filings. "Acme Inc." and "Acme, Inc." can score differently.
3. Ensure Your Website Works
- Website must load correctly.
- Domain should match your business name.
- Include SMS consent language if opt-in happens on your site.
- HTTPS is preferred over HTTP.
4. Use a Company Email Domain
Register with name@yourcompany.com, not gmail.com or yahoo.com.
5. Provide Accurate Address
Your business address must match IRS records or state business registry.
After Registering (If Score Is Low)
Appeal or Resubmit
If your trust score is lower than expected:
- Verify all registration data for accuracy.
- Fix any mismatches (name, EIN, address).
- Contact JustCall support to request a re-evaluation.
Consider Secondary Vetting
Some brands qualify for secondary vetting through TCR, which can increase trust scores for a fee. Ask JustCall support if this applies to your brand.
Trust Score Quick Checklist
