Associate Phone Numbers with a 10DLC Campaign

After your 10DLC campaign is approved, you need to associate your JustCall phone numbers with it before those numbers can send SMS to US recipients. Numbers not linked to an approved campaign are restricted from US messaging.

Add a Number to a Campaign

  1. Go to Settings → Compliance Center in your JustCall dashboard.
  2. Select the approved campaign you want to add numbers to.
  3. Click Associate Numbers.
  4. Choose the JustCall phone numbers you want to link.
  5. Confirm the association.

Processing takes 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation once the numbers are active on the campaign.


Remove a Number from a Campaign

  1. Open the campaign in your Compliance Center.
  2. Find the number you want to remove.
  3. Click Remove next to that number.

Removal also takes 1–2 business days. Once removed, the number can no longer send SMS to US recipients until it's associated with another approved campaign.


Things to Know

  • One campaign per number: A phone number can only be associated with one campaign at a time. To move a number to a different campaign, remove it first, then add it to the new campaign.
  • Messaging is blocked during processing: While the association or removal is being processed, the number's US messaging capability may be temporarily restricted.
  • New numbers need association too: Any new JustCall number you purchase must be associated with an approved campaign before it can send US-bound SMS.
