10DLC Trust Scores and Throughput
Your 10DLC trust score directly determines how many messages per second (MPS) you can send. Higher trust scores unlock higher throughput.
Trust Score Tiers
| Trust Score | Throughput (AT&T) | Throughput (T-Mobile) | Daily Cap (T-Mobile) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Low | 0.2 MPS (~12 msg/min) | 0.5 MPS | 2,000 messages |
| Medium | 4 MPS | 10 MPS | 10,000 messages |
| High | 12 MPS | 50+ MPS | 200,000 messages |
Actual throughput varies by carrier. T-Mobile generally allows higher volumes than AT&T for the same trust score.
What Determines Your Trust Score
The Campaign Registry (TCR) calculates your trust score based on:
- Company size and age. Larger, established companies score higher.
- EIN verification. Verified EIN = higher score.
- Public listing. Publicly traded companies automatically get high scores.
- Industry. Some industries have inherent risk adjustments.
- Registration quality. Complete, accurate, consistent data scores better.
Checking Your Trust Score
- Go to Settings → 10DLC → Brand.
- Your trust score appears next to your registered brand.
- Trust score tiers: Low, Medium, High (or numeric 1–100 in some displays).
