Enable Alphanumeric Sender ID on a Number

Apply an Alphanumeric Sender ID to a specific JustCall number, so only messages from that number display your brand name.

How to Enable Per Number

1. Go to Settings → Phone Numbers.
2. Select the number you want to configure.
3. Click SMS Settings or the gear icon.
4. Under Alphanumeric Sender ID, toggle it on.
5. Enter the Sender ID name (up to 11 characters).
6. Click Save.

Messages sent from this number to supported countries will display the Sender ID. Messages to the US, Canada, or unsupported countries continue to show the phone number.

Per-Number vs Account-Wide

You can mix both — set an account-wide default and override it on specific numbers.
