JustCall may restrict your account from calling or messaging specific countries for security and compliance reasons.

How restrictions work

When geographic restrictions are enabled on your account:

  • All inbound and outbound calls to/from that region are fully blocked
  • All SMS messages to/from that region are fully blocked

This applies to both sending and receiving.


How to request changes

To add or remove geographic restrictions, contact JustCall Support with:

  • The country names you want to add or remove
  • Your business reason for the change
  • Business registration documents
  • Tax IDs
  • Social media links

Approval timelines vary depending on the region and compliance review.
