Set Up a Custom Welcome Message

Greet callers with a custom message when they call your JustCall number — before they are connected to an agent or IVR menu.

How to set up

1. Go to Phone Numbers and select your number.
2. Open Settings > Custom Greetings.
3. Next to Welcome Message, click Add new Message.
4. Choose your method:
   • Text-to-speech: Type your message.
   • Upload: Upload an MP3 file.
5. Click Save.

The welcome message is active immediately. Test it using the Simulate button or by calling the number.
