Porting German Numbers
This guide covers what you need to port German local and toll-free numbers to JustCall.

Supported number types
- Geographic (local) numbers (+49 area codes)
- Toll-free numbers (+49 800)
Required documents
| Document | Notes |
|---|---|
| Letter of Authorization (LOA) | Must be dated within the last 30 days. Separate LOA versions exist for geographic and toll-free numbers. |
| Current provider invoice | Recent bill from your carrier |
| Allocation Letter (toll-free only) | The "Zuteilungsbescheid" from the German regulator — required for toll-free numbers |
Important note
German local number ranges must be ported together. Partial range porting is not supported.

Submit your documents
Send all documents to porting@justcall.io. Do not cancel your current provider until porting is confirmed complete.
