Assign a Phone Number to a Team Member

Dedicate a JustCall number to a specific agent so all inbound calls and messages for that number route directly to them.

Assign a number

1. Go to Phone Numbers in the sidebar
2. Click the number you want to assign
3. Open Share Number settings
4. Select Individual
5. Click the Change link next to the current assignment
6. Choose the team member from the dropdown
7. Click Save

The number now belongs to that team member. All inbound calls ring their devices, and their outbound calls display this number as caller ID.
