You can transfer any JustCall number to a different carrier at any time. JustCall has no lock-in requirements or internal porting-out restrictions.

How to port out

1. Start the process with your new provider — They'll guide you through their porting intake
2. Email porting@justcall.io — Let JustCall know you've initiated a port-out so they can approve the transfer when your new provider requests verification
3. Your new provider contacts JustCall — JustCall approves the ownership transfer
4. Number goes live with your new carrier — Transfer completes on the scheduled date
