Changing the Name of a JustCall Number

Give your phone numbers custom names so your team can easily identify them — for example, "Sales Line" or "Support US."

How to rename

1. Go to Phone Numbers and select the number.
2. Open Settings.
3. Click the pencil icon next to the phone number.
4. Enter the new custom name.
5. Click Save.
