Porting UK Numbers

This guide covers what you need to port UK geographic, mobile, national, and toll-free numbers to JustCall.

Supported number types

  • Geographic (local) numbers (+441, +442)
  • Mobile numbers (+447)
  • Non-geographic (national) numbers (+443)
  • Non-geographic (toll-free) numbers (+44808, +44800)

Required documents

For geographic and non-geographic numbers

LOA form instructions

FieldNotes
Current Retailer NameContact your provider to identify the actual LCP (losing carrier provider)
Current Retailer AddressRequest the LCP's address from your provider
Site AddressAsk your provider for the address on file
Customer DetailsUse information from your most recent bill
Requester DetailsMust be the account owner or an authorized admin with signature

Note: Submit separate LOAs if porting both geographic and non-geographic numbers.
