Porting UK Numbers
This guide covers what you need to port UK geographic, mobile, national, and toll-free numbers to JustCall.
Available on: All plans
Supported number types
- Geographic (local) numbers (+441, +442)
- Mobile numbers (+447)
- Non-geographic (national) numbers (+443)
- Non-geographic (toll-free) numbers (+44808, +44800)
Required documents
For geographic and non-geographic numbers

| Letter of Authorization (LOA) | Must be dated within the last 30 days |
| Recent provider bill/invoice | From your current carrier |
For mobile numbers

| PAC Code and expiry date | Submit via email to porting@justcall.io |
LOA form instructions
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Current Retailer Name | Contact your provider to identify the actual LCP (losing carrier provider) |
| Current Retailer Address | Request the LCP's address from your provider |
| Site Address | Ask your provider for the address on file |
| Customer Details | Use information from your most recent bill |
| Requester Details | Must be the account owner or an authorized admin with signature |
Note: Submit separate LOAs if porting both geographic and non-geographic numbers.

Submit your documents
Send all documents to porting@justcall.io. Do not cancel your current provider until porting is confirmed complete.
