Phone Number Pricing in JustCall
Every JustCall plan includes one free local phone number per team member. Beyond that, pricing depends on the number type, country, and how you acquire it.

Number types
JustCall offers four categories of phone numbers:

|---|---|
| Local | Voice & SMS or voice-only — ideal for establishing local presence |
| Mobile | SMS-only or voice & SMS — common in regions where local numbers don't support SMS |
| National | Country-wide numbers without area codes |
| Toll-Free | Customers call you at no cost to them |
What's included free
Each team member on your account gets one free local number (up to $6/month value). Once you exceed your free allocation, additional numbers are billed monthly.
What counts toward the free quota: Local numbers available for direct purchase through the dashboard.
What doesn't count: Mobile, toll-free, national numbers, and numbers that require manual procurement all fall outside the free allocation.
Standard pricing
Most local numbers cost $6–$10/month. Some regions carry higher rates, including:
- Saudi Arabia
- Jordan
- India
- Singapore
- United Arab Emirates
- Australian toll-free numbers
How billing works
New phone number charges appear on your next invoice — they're not charged immediately. The cost is added alongside your regular subscription billing.
Availability by country
For US, UK, and Canada, local and toll-free numbers are available instantly through the dashboard. Other countries may require manual procurement or document submission.
Example: In Australia, voice-only local numbers are available directly, but voice + SMS mobile numbers require manual setup.
