Configure Polycom SoundPoint IP 300 for JustCall
Connect your Polycom SoundPoint IP 300 desk phone to JustCall using SIP credentials.

Step 1 — Get your SIP credentials
- Log into JustCall and go to Phone Numbers.
- Select your number and click Generate SIP Settings.
- Note the Username and Password.
Step 2 — Configure the phone
Access the phone's web interface and configure:
Server settings

Line settings

Verify connection
A green checkmark on the phone display indicates a successful connection. A red indicator means there is a credential issue — double-check your username and password.
