Enable Queue Autoreconnect

Queue autoreconnect automatically connects available agents with the oldest caller in the queue — no manual action required.

Available on: Pro plan and above


How to enable

  1. Go to Phone Numbers and select your number.
  2. Open Wait Queue Settings.
  3. Choose Agents are automatically connected with the oldest caller in the queue.

The alternative (default) setting is Agents can pick up calls manually from the queue.


How it works

  • Autoreconnect operates at the Company ID level — it routes the oldest caller across your entire organization, not per-number.
  • Combine with queue wait time settings in Advanced Settings to control how long callers remain queued.
  • Works alongside the queue callback feature.
