Enable Queue Autoreconnect
Queue autoreconnect automatically connects available agents with the oldest caller in the queue — no manual action required.
Available on: Pro plan and above
How to enable
- Go to Phone Numbers and select your number.
- Open Wait Queue Settings.
- Choose Agents are automatically connected with the oldest caller in the queue.
The alternative (default) setting is Agents can pick up calls manually from the queue.
How it works
- Autoreconnect operates at the Company ID level — it routes the oldest caller across your entire organization, not per-number.
- Combine with queue wait time settings in Advanced Settings to control how long callers remain queued.
- Works alongside the queue callback feature.
