Getting a Number Available on Request
Some phone numbers require manual approval before they can be added to your account. Here is how to request one.

How to submit a request
- Go to Phone Numbers > Add Number.
- Select your desired country and number type.
- Click Submit Request.
- Provide the required details:
- Use case: Alerts, Marketing, Sales, Authentication, or Other
- Quantity: How many numbers you need
- Notes: Any preferences for number patterns or prefixes
- Choose your account type — Business or Individual.
- Upload required documents and address proof if needed.
- Submit.
Track your request
Go to the Pending section in Phone Numbers to track the status of your request. If documents are rejected, the rejection reason is shown so you can fix the issue and resubmit.
Processing time varies by country. Once approved, the number is automatically added to your account.
