Intelligent Call Routing

Intelligent Call Routing automatically directs inbound calls to the contact's owner in your CRM or helpdesk — so returning customers always reach the person who knows their account.

Set up intelligent routing

  1. Go to Phone Numbers and click the Settings icon next to your number
  2. Scroll to Advanced Settings and find Intelligent Call Routing Settings
  3. Toggle the feature on
  4. Optionally check Dial Contact Owner's Personal Number to ring their personal line too
  5. Set what happens when the owner doesn't answer:
    • Dismiss the call
    • Forward to an external number
    • Forward to voicemail
    • Use default number settings
  6. Click Save Changes

When a known contact calls, JustCall checks your CRM for the assigned owner and routes the call directly to them.
