Intelligent Call Routing
Intelligent Call Routing automatically directs inbound calls to the contact's owner in your CRM or helpdesk — so returning customers always reach the person who knows their account.
Available on: Pro plan and higher
Supported CRMs
- HubSpot
- Pipedrive
- Salesforce
- Copper
- Zoho CRM
Set up intelligent routing
- Go to Phone Numbers and click the Settings icon next to your number
- Scroll to Advanced Settings and find Intelligent Call Routing Settings
- Toggle the feature on
- Optionally check Dial Contact Owner's Personal Number to ring their personal line too
- Set what happens when the owner doesn't answer:
- Dismiss the call
- Forward to an external number
- Forward to voicemail
- Use default number settings
- Click Save Changes
When a known contact calls, JustCall checks your CRM for the assigned owner and routes the call directly to them.
