Round Robin Call Routing

Round robin distributes incoming calls equally across your team. The first call goes to Agent A, the second to Agent B, the third to Agent C — then the cycle repeats. If someone is unavailable or already on a call, they're skipped.

Set up round robin

  1. Go to Phone Numbers and click Settings on the target number
  2. Under Incoming Calls, find Forward Incoming Calls To and select Team Members
  3. Set Ringing Order to Round Robin
  4. Add the team members who should receive calls
  5. Click Save

Round robin also works with multi-level IVR systems — configure it the same way within your IVR call flow.
