Round Robin Call Routing
Round robin distributes incoming calls equally across your team. The first call goes to Agent A, the second to Agent B, the third to Agent C — then the cycle repeats. If someone is unavailable or already on a call, they're skipped.

Set up round robin
- Go to Phone Numbers and click Settings on the target number
- Under Incoming Calls, find Forward Incoming Calls To and select Team Members
- Set Ringing Order to Round Robin
- Add the team members who should receive calls
- Click Save
Round robin also works with multi-level IVR systems — configure it the same way within your IVR call flow.
