Ring Idle Team Member Settings

Route inbound calls to the team member who has been idle the longest — ensuring even call distribution and faster answer times.

Available on: Pro plan and above


How to configure

  1. Go to Phone Number Settings > Advanced Settings.
  2. Find Ring Idle Team Member Settings.
  3. Set the duration window — for example, 3 hours. The system evaluates each agent's call history over this window.
  4. Set the call type filter — for example, Inbound Only.

Prerequisite

Your number's incoming call forwarding must be set to Team Members > Ring Idle Teammate First for this feature to work.


How it works

JustCall checks each agent's call activity over the configured window and routes the next inbound call to the agent with the least recent activity — the "most idle" team member.
