Set Up Custom Hold Music

Replace the default hold music with your own audio — whether that is branded music, a promotional message, or a calming track.

How to set up

1. Go to Phone Numbers and select your number.
2. Open Settings > Custom Greetings.
3. Next to Hold Message, click Add new Message.
4. Choose your method:
   • Text-to-speech: Type your message and the system generates audio.
   • Upload: Upload an MP3 file.
   • Record: Record directly in the browser.
5. Click Save.

The new hold music is active immediately. Test it by calling the number and placing a call on hold.
