Porting US and Canadian Numbers

This guide covers exactly what you need to port mobile, local, national, toll-free, or VoIP numbers from the United States or Canada to JustCall.

  • VoIP numbers

Required documents

Letter of Authorization (LOA)Must be dated within the last 30 days

Customer Service Record (CSR)From your current provider (toll-free carriers typically don't provide CSRs — submit your own info on the LOA with your account number)

Incorrect or mismatched information results in rejection. Double-check every field against your CSR.
