Porting US and Canadian Numbers
This guide covers exactly what you need to port mobile, local, national, toll-free, or VoIP numbers from the United States or Canada to JustCall.

- Geographic (local) numbers
- Non-geographic (national) numbers
- Toll-free numbers
- VoIP numbers
Required documents
| Document | Notes |
|---|---|
| Letter of Authorization (LOA) | Must be dated within the last 30 days |
| Dashboard screenshot | From your current provider showing the number |
| Recent phone bill/invoice | From your current carrier |
| Customer Service Record (CSR) | From your current provider (toll-free carriers typically don't provide CSRs — submit your own info on the LOA with your account number) |
LOA fields that must match your carrier records
| Field | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Customer name | Exactly as it appears in carrier records |
| Business name | Per current carrier/CSR records |
| Service address | From your Customer Service Record |
| Account number | Required — mandatory for Canadian numbers |
| PIN | Port-out PIN if your carrier assigns one |
Incorrect or mismatched information results in rejection. Double-check every field against your CSR.

Submit your documents
Send all documents to porting@justcall.io. Do not cancel your current provider until porting is confirmed complete.
