Port a US Local Number (Self-Serve)
You can port US local numbers directly through the JustCall web portal — no email required.

What you need
| Requirement | Notes |

| Invoice from current provider | Dated within the last 30 days. PDF, JPEG, or PNG format. Max 10 MB. |
| Business name | As it appears in your carrier records |
| Current provider account number | From your existing carrier |
| Authorized representative | Name and email of the person authorizing the transfer |
| Service address | Address on file with your current provider |
How to submit
- Go to Phone Numbers in JustCall.
- Select Port Numbers.
- Enter your numbers manually or upload a CSV/Excel file.
- Fill in the required details (business name, account number, address, representative).
- Upload your invoice.
- Select a preferred port-in date — minimum 7 days out, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Submit the request.
After submission, Twilio sends you an LOA link for electronic signature.
Timeline
Porting typically takes 2–3 weeks after the LOA is signed. No downtime during the transfer.
