Configure Cisco SPA504G for JustCall

Connect your Cisco SPA504G desk phone to JustCall using SIP credentials.

Step 1 — Get your SIP credentials

  1. Log into JustCall and go to Phone Numbers.
  2. Select your number and click Generate SIP Settings.
  3. Note the Domain, Username, and Password.

Step 2 — Find your phone's IP address

  1. On the phone, press the Paper button.
  2. Press 9, then select option 2.
  3. Note the IP address displayed.

Step 3 — Configure the phone

  1. Open a browser and go to http://<phone-IP-address>/.
  2. Log in as Admin.
  3. Go to the Ext 1 tab.
  4. Enter the following settings:

  1. Click Save.
