Porting French Numbers
This guide covers what you need to port French geographic, national, and Numero Cristal numbers to JustCall.
Available on: All plans
Supported number types
- Geographic numbers (+331 to +335)
- Non-geographic / national numbers (+339)
- Numero Cristal numbers (+33 969)
Required information and documents
| Requirement | Notes |
|---|---|
| Company or end user name | As registered with your current provider |
| Postal address | Must match carrier records |
| SIRET code | French business identification number |
| NAF code | Business activity classification code |
| Valid RIO code | Obtain from your current carrier |
| Current carrier name | The provider you are porting from |
| LOA | Required additionally for Numero Cristal numbers |

Submit your documents
Send all documents to porting@justcall.io. Do not cancel your current provider until porting is confirmed complete.
