How to Add a Phone Number in JustCall
JustCall provides phone numbers in over 70 countries. You can add local, toll-free, mobile, or national numbers directly from your dashboard. Each plan includes one free local number per team member.

Before you start
Some countries require regulatory documents before a number can be activated. If you've already submitted approved documents for a number type in a given country, you can reuse them for additional numbers of the same type.
Add a new number
- Go to Phone Numbers in the sidebar
- Click Add Number in the top-right corner
- Select your country and number type (Local, Toll-Free, Mobile, or National)
- Browse available numbers — click Choose a Different Number to see more options
- Click Save and Next when you find the right number
- Complete any required fields:
- Address-required numbers: Fill in your business address
- Document-required numbers: Select Business or Individual usage and upload the requested documents
- Optionally assign a custom name to identify the number easily
- Click Add Number to finalize
You'll see a confirmation screen with your document review status and expected approval timeline.
If no numbers are available
For less common number types or regions, click Request Number to submit a request for numbers available on demand. JustCall's team will source the number and notify you when it's ready.
Common questions
Do I need new documents for each number? No — approved documents can be reused for additional numbers of the same type in the same country. Different number types require separate documentation.
How do I check my submission status? Go to the Pending tab on the Phone Numbers page to track document review progress.
What if my documents are rejected? Review the rejection reason in the Pending tab, correct the issue, and resubmit.
How many free numbers do I get? One free local number per team member (up to $6/month value). Additional numbers are billed on your next invoice cycle.
