Inbound Calls with Intelligent Call Routing
Intelligent call routing automatically directs inbound calls to the CRM contact owner — so the caller reaches the person who already knows their account.
Available on: Pro plan and above
Supported CRMs
- HubSpot
- Pipedrive
- Salesforce
- Copper
- Zoho CRM
How to enable
- Go to Dashboard > Phone Number > Settings.
- Open Advanced Settings.
- Toggle Intelligent Call Routing on.
- Optional: check Dial Contact Owner's Personal Number to ring their mobile or external number as well.
If the call goes unanswered
When the contact owner does not answer, you can configure the fallback:
- Dismiss the call
- Forward to an external number
- Forward to voicemail
- Use the number's default settings
