Connect a Yealink Device to JustCall

Connect your Yealink desk phone to JustCall using SIP credentials.

Step 1 — Generate SIP credentials

In JustCall, go to your number's settings > SIP > Generate settings. Note the credentials.

Step 2 — Find your phone's IP address

Press OK on the Yealink device to display its IP address.

Step 3 — Configure the phone

1. Open a browser and go to the phone's IP address.
2. Log in with username admin and password admin.
3. Go to the Account section.
4. Enter your JustCall SIP credentials (Username and Password).
5. Save.

Optional — Custom hold music

To set custom hold music on the Yealink device:

1. Go to Advanced settings.
2. Find Music Server URI.
3. Enter sip:hold@<domain> (using your SIP domain).
