Disable IVR Menu

Turn off the IVR menu on a phone number to stop playing "Press 1..." prompts for incoming callers.

How to disable

1. Go to Phone Numbers and select your number.
2. Open Settings > Incoming Calls.
3. Find IVR (Call Menu) and toggle it off.

Callers will no longer hear automated menu prompts when they call this number.
