Porting Australian Numbers
This guide covers everything you need to port Australian numbers — local, mobile, toll-free, or 13-numbers — to JustCall.
Available on: All plans
Supported number types
- Geographic (local) numbers (+612, +613, +617, +618)
- Mobile numbers (+614) — limited carrier support
- Toll-free numbers (+611300, +611800)
- 13 numbers (+6113XX)
Required documents

| Letter of Authorization (LOA) | Must be dated within the last 30 days. Use the CAAA form for mobile numbers or the standard Authorization Form for local/toll-free. |

Mobile porting — supported carriers
Mobile porting is available only from these carriers:
- Telstra
- Lebara
- Lyca Mobile
- TPG-Vodafone
- Vodafone Service Providers
- Pivotel
- Optus
If your carrier is not listed, contact JustCall support before submitting.
Cost and timeline

Send all documents to porting@justcall.io. Do not cancel your current provider until porting is confirmed complete.
