Porting Australian Numbers

This guide covers everything you need to port Australian numbers — local, mobile, toll-free, or 13-numbers — to JustCall.

Supported number types

  • Geographic (local) numbers (+612, +613, +617, +618)
  • Mobile numbers (+614) — limited carrier support
  • Toll-free numbers (+611300, +611800)
  • 13 numbers (+6113XX)

Required documents

Letter of Authorization (LOA)Must be dated within the last 30 days. Use the CAAA form for mobile numbers or the standard Authorization Form for local/toll-free.

Mobile porting — supported carriers

Mobile porting is available only from these carriers:

  • Telstra
  • Lebara
  • Lyca Mobile
  • TPG-Vodafone
  • Vodafone Service Providers
  • Pivotel
  • Optus

If your carrier is not listed, contact JustCall support before submitting.


Cost and timeline
