Connect VoIP Desk Phones to JustCall

Use your existing VoIP hardware from Cisco, Yealink, Grandstream, or other SIP-compatible manufacturers with JustCall. This lets your team take calls on traditional desk phones while using JustCall's platform for routing, recording, and analytics.

Generate SIP credentials

1. Go to Phone Numbers in the sidebar
2. Select the number you want to connect
3. Scroll to the SIP Deskphone section
4. Click Generate SIP Settings
5. Copy the credentials:
   • SIP Domain
   • Username
   • Password

A copy is also sent to your registered email address.

Configure your desk phone

Enter the SIP domain, username, and password into your desk phone's SIP configuration screen. The exact steps vary by manufacturer — see the device-specific guides below for Polycom, Cisco, Yealink, and Snom models.
