Enable Position in Queue Message

Let callers know their position in the queue when they join. This plays a one-time announcement — for example, "Your current position in queue is 3."

Available on: Pro plan and above

How to enable

1. Go to Phone Numbers and select your number.
2. Open Advanced Settings.
3. Toggle Position in Queue Message on.
4. Click Save.

The message plays once when the caller enters the queue. It does not repeat during the wait.
