Customizing Queue Callback Messages
Customize the message callers hear when they request a callback from the queue.
Available on: Pro plan and above (requires queue callback enabled — contact support if not active)
Add a custom callback message
- Go to Phone Numbers and select your number.
- Open Custom Greetings.
- Next to Queue callback message, click Add new message.
- Choose your method:
- Text-to-speech: Type your message and select a speaker and accent.
- Upload: Upload an MP3 file.
- Click Save.
Delete a callback message
- Go to Custom Greetings for the number.
- Click Edit next to the callback message.
- Click Reset to remove it.
How it works
When queue callback is active, callers hear this message and can press 1 to leave the queue and receive a callback when an agent becomes available.
