Setting Up a New JustCall Account

Create your JustCall account and start making calls in under 10 minutes. This guide walks you through signup, plan selection, and the essential first steps to get your phone system running.

Step 1: Sign up

Go to justcall.io and click Start Free Trial. Enter your business email, full name, and create a password. Public email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are not accepted — use your company domain.

You will receive a verification email. Click the link to confirm your account.


Step 2: Choose a plan

JustCall offers a 14-day free trial with SalesPro-level features so you can test everything before committing. After the trial, select the plan that matches your team's needs:

All plans require a minimum of 2 seats.


Step 3: Get your first phone number

After signup, JustCall prompts you to pick a phone number. Select your country, number type (local, toll-free, or mobile), and area code. Your number is active immediately.

Current plans include 2 free phone numbers. Additional numbers cost $6–$10/month depending on type and region.


Step 4: Add credits

Go to Billing and add credits to your account. Credits cover usage beyond your bundled plan minutes — international calls, bulk SMS, voicemail transcription, and more.

Important: Your account must maintain a positive credit balance at all times. A zero balance blocks all calls and messages, even if you have unused bundled minutes. Set up auto top-up now to avoid service interruptions.


Step 5: Make your first call

Open the JustCall dialer in your browser, desktop app, or mobile app. Enter a phone number and click Call. Your caller ID displays the JustCall number you selected.

To receive calls, keep the JustCall web app or desktop app open. Incoming calls ring in your browser and show a notification.
