Checking Missed Calls on Your JustCall Account

Missed calls are logged automatically in JustCall so you never lose track of who tried to reach you. This article shows you where to find missed calls and how to follow up.

Find missed calls

  1. Go to Calls in the left sidebar
  2. Click the Missed filter to show only missed calls
  3. Each entry shows the caller's number, name (if known), the time of the call, and which JustCall number they called

Missed calls also appear in your notification center. If browser or desktop notifications are enabled, you receive an alert for each missed call in real time.


Return a missed call

From the missed calls list:

  1. Hover over the call entry
  2. Click the Call icon to dial back immediately
  3. Or click the SMS icon to send a follow-up text

JustCall uses your default outbound number when you call back. If the missed call came in on a specific number and you want to match it, select that number in the dialer before calling.


Why calls get missed

Common reasons calls show as missed:

Set up missed call notifications

To make sure you see missed calls immediately:

  1. Browser notifications: Allow notifications for JustCall in your browser settings
  2. Email notifications: Go to Settings > Notifications and enable email alerts for missed calls
  3. Mobile app: Enable push notifications in the JustCall mobile app
