Adding Credits to Your JustCall Account

Credits are the pay-as-you-go currency in JustCall. They cover usage beyond your plan's bundled minutes — international calls, bulk SMS campaigns, voicemail transcription, call forwarding, and AI Voice Agent overage. This article explains how to add credits and keep your account funded.

Available on: All plans

Why credits matter

Every JustCall plan includes bundled minutes for calls and SMS that reset monthly. Credits pay for everything beyond those included minutes.

Critical: Your account must maintain a positive credit balance at all times. A zero balance blocks all calls and messages — even if you still have unused bundled minutes. This is the single most common cause of unexpected service interruptions.

How to add credits

  1. Log in to your JustCall account
  2. Go to Billing in the left sidebar
  3. Click Add Credits
  4. Enter the amount you want to add
  5. Confirm payment using your card on file

Credits are applied to your account instantly.

Set up auto top-up

Auto top-up automatically adds credits when your balance drops below a threshold you set. This prevents service interruptions without manual intervention.

  1. Go to Billing > Credits
  2. Enable Auto Top-Up
  3. Set your minimum balance threshold (the balance at which top-up triggers)
  4. Set the amount to add each time

We recommend enabling auto top-up during initial account setup. Choose a threshold that covers at least 2–3 days of your typical usage.
