Notification Center
The Notification Center is a single place to see every alert that needs your attention — missed calls, new text messages, voicemails, team assignments, and system updates. Open it from the bell icon in the top-right corner of your JustCall dashboard.

What appears in the Notification Center
| Notification type | When it appears |
|---|---|
| Missed call | A call rang on your number or queue and was not answered |
| New SMS | An inbound text message arrives on a number assigned to you |
| Voicemail | A caller leaves a voicemail on your number |
| Assignment | An admin or teammate assigns a call, conversation, or task to you |
| System alert | Account-level events such as low credit balance or number provisioning updates |
View and manage notifications
- Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar
- Scroll through your notifications — newest first
- Click any notification to jump directly to the related call, message, or voicemail
- Click Mark as read on individual items, or Mark all as read to clear the list
Unread notifications show a badge count on the bell icon so you always know when something needs attention.
Filter by type
Use the filter tabs at the top of the Notification Center to show only specific types:
- All — everything in one view
- Calls — missed calls only
- Messages — new SMS and MMS
- Voicemails — voicemail alerts
- Assignments — tasks and conversations assigned to you
This helps you prioritize when you return from a break or start your shift.
Customize what triggers notifications
You can control which events generate alerts and how they are delivered. Go to Settings > Notifications to configure your preferences. See Notification Preferences for a full guide.
