Getting Started with JustCall Chrome Extension

The JustCall Chrome extension puts calling and texting inside your browser. Click any phone number on a web page to call or text, access your dialer without switching tabs, and get real-time call notifications — all from a small popup in your toolbar.

Install the extension

1. Open Google Chrome and go to the Chrome Web Store
2. Search for "JustCall" or navigate to the JustCall extension page
3. Click Add to Chrome > Add Extension
4. The JustCall icon appears in your Chrome toolbar

Pin the extension to your toolbar for quick access: click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome, find JustCall, and click the pin icon.

Sign in

Click the JustCall icon in your toolbar and sign in with your JustCall credentials. Once signed in, the extension stays connected across browsing sessions.

Make a call

From the extension dialer:

1. Click the JustCall icon
2. Enter a phone number in the dialer
3. Select your outbound number (if you have more than one)
4. Click Call

Using click-to-call: Click any phone number on a web page. JustCall detects phone numbers automatically and highlights them. Click the number, and a popup lets you call or send an SMS.

Send a text message

1. Click the JustCall icon
2. Select the SMS tab
3. Enter the recipient's number
4. Type your message and click Send

You can also click a phone number on any web page and choose Send SMS from the popup.

Answer incoming calls

When a call comes in, the extension shows a browser notification with the caller's number and name (if known). Click Answer to pick up the call in the extension window.

Make sure browser notifications are enabled for JustCall. If you do not see notifications, check Chrome's notification settings.

Access recent calls

Click the JustCall icon and navigate to the Recent tab to see your recent calls. You can call back, send a follow-up text, or view call details directly from this list.

Keep the extension updated

Chrome updates extensions automatically, but you can manually check: go to chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode, and click Update. Running the latest version ensures compatibility and access to new features.
