This guide walks you through upgrading your AI Voice Agent plan — whether you are moving from the free trial to a paid plan, or upgrading from Agent Lite to Agent Max for more features.

Available on: All JustCall plans. AI Voice Agent is an add-on purchase.

How to Upgrade

From Free Trial

  1. Go to Settings > Billing or Dashboard > AI Voice Agent.
  2. You will see a prompt to upgrade when your trial minutes are used or nearing expiration.
  3. Select a plan (Pay-As-You-Go, Agent Lite, or Agent Max).
  4. Enter payment details and confirm.

Your existing agents, knowledge bases, and configuration carry over — nothing is lost during the upgrade.

From Pay-As-You-Go to Agent Lite or Agent Max

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > AI Voice Agent.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select Agent Lite or Agent Max.
  4. Confirm the change.

The upgrade takes effect immediately. You gain access to knowledge bases (Lite: 1, Max: 5) and custom voices (Max: up to 5).

From Agent Lite to Agent Max

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > AI Voice Agent.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select Agent Max.
  4. Confirm the change.

You immediately get access to additional knowledge bases (up to 5) and custom voices (up to 5).

All plans include full access to behavior configuration, call flow, actions, CRM logging, analytics, and advanced settings. The differences are in knowledge bases, custom voices, and minute pricing.


Billing

  • Upgrades are prorated for the current billing cycle
  • Minute bundles reset at the start of each billing cycle
  • Overage minutes are billed at the per-minute rate for your plan
  • You can downgrade at any time — the change takes effect at the next billing cycle
